Giving of our tithes and offerings is one of the ancient practices of worship.
By giving, we are simultaneously doing at least four acts of worship:
1) We are being obedient to God,
2) We are expressing our trust in God as the Great Provider,
3) We are exercising (and therefore growing in) generosity, and
4) We are helping further the mission of Jesus in the world.
May the Lord be honored by your giving, and may giving help you reflect, more and more, the generous nature of Jesus.

Anyone may contribute to Lettered Streets Covenant Church’s ministries. Before you give we ask that, as an act of worship, you take a moment and pray. Here is a convenient Prayer that you may find useful:
Life-giving God, you’ve been generous with me in so many ways…for that, I am grateful. Please give me a clearer vision of my life as it appears in eternity. Help me to embrace eternal priorities and not to be so bound by temporary pursuits. Connect my heart through this financial gift, in a greater way, to your work in this world. Amen.
Giving FAQs:
Why Give Online?
On a practical level, we recognize that forms of payment have steadily evolved from cash to checks to card-based transactions. Many people primarily manage their finances online. Providing the means to support our ministry through online giving has become a priority.
Furthermore, online giving is a powerful way to faithfully offer your gifts. With the ability to set up reccurring gifts, you are able to consistently give, even when you forget your checkbook at home.
What type of bank accounts can I use?
You can use a checking account, VISA, MasterCard, and Discover.
What are the online giving transaction costs?
These fees are taken out of the amount given to the church:
•For an online check (ACH), the cost is $.45 per transaction + 0.00%
•For VISA/MC/Discover credit/debit cards, the cost is $.35 per transaction + 1.5%
Note that the costs will vary depending on the gift amount.
Online checks generally minimize the transaction cost.
As an example, an online gift of $100 has the following costs:
$0.45 for an online check or $1.85 for VISA/MC/Discover
Online Check: ACH is a direct transfer from your checking or savings account. All you need is a check to determine the routing code and account number.
Credit/Debit Card: All you need is the information on the card.
If I want to set-up a recurring gift, what are my options for frequency of my gift?
For recurring gifts, you have the option of giving weekly, monthly, or annually.
Can I designate my gift to a particular cause?
All tithes and offerings will be applied to the general fund and used appropriately as the budget (approved annually by congregational vote) allows.
*Occasionally we will have the opportunity to give special gifts for one-time projects, mission opportunities, or occasional fundraisers.
*Occasionally we will use this giving portal to handle financial transactions for church sponsored events requiring registration fees, etc.
When will I receive a receipt?
Lettered Streets Covenant Church is a 501(c)3 charitable non-profit organization. For each online gift you make, you will receive receipt for your tax records. The receipt will be delivered via email, moments after your gift has been given.
How can I view my giving history?
You can see your online giving history by logging into your account. When you visit the online giving portal, click on ‘Your Account’ or ‘View Your Donations’ tab at the top of the page.
Why am I redirected to another website?
Online giving to Lettered Streets Covenant Church is administrated by the Evangelical Covenant Church Donation Portal. This is a secure website and a clearinghouse to help process online donations.
Is it safe to give online?
